Which method is suitable for my project?
The various additive manufacturing processes used depend on the material from which a 3D object is to be manufactured. In selective laser sintering (SLS) and laser melting (SLM), for example, powdered materials made of plastic or metal are melted by a laser, while in stereolithography, liquid photopolymers are cured with UV light.Overview of our 3D printing processes›
Heike Rapp-Rheiner, Rapp + Rheiner Kunststofftechnik GmbH
The cooperation has always been great. We have already had several products additive manufactured by PROTIQ and have always been absolutely satisfied.
Markus Kilian, Lenze, Fairs & Events
We are very satisfied with the result. The quality of the 3D products is as desired.
Dipl.-Ing. Daniel Sommer, whitebox GbR, Geschäftsführer
PROTIQ has produced high-quality exhibition copies for us. The fast order process as well as the order processing went without problems.
Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Alexander Barroi, Laser Zentrum Hannover e. V., Lehrbeauftragter
The wire nozzle holder manufactured by PROTIQ meets our requirements exactly. We are extremely happy with the fast production and the good service.
Sven Müller, SaarGummi Neo GmbH, Managing Director
We have been successfully using the expertise of Protiq GmbH in additive contract manufacturing for several years in order to materialize our prototype developments at a very early concept phase, to shorten development periods using simultaneous engineering methods and to optimize associated costs. In particular, the process of selective laser melting, which we mainly use, opens up new possibilities that were previously almost impossible to be realized in small quantities.
Marcel Töws, Hesse GmbH, Test-&Prozessingenieur
What fascinated us most about our training course at PROTIQ were the various exhibits. Each individual component tells its own story and is subject to an individual motivation to manufacture it additive. The great potential of 3D printing technology could therefore be demonstrated in an extremely comprehensible way. In addition, we were able to gain informative insights into the various production technologies and systems. Also remarkable is the openness and commitment of the trainer.
Torge Franke, SARTORIUS Werkzeuge GmbH & Co. KG, Leitung Produktmanagement
Our training at PROTIQ was very instructive and gave us an extremely detailed insight into the technology, the fields of application and the enormous potential of additive manufacturing. Many synergies can be seen for our business field. The trainer was very motivated, open and committed in conveying the contents. In summary, an extremely interesting and informative event - thank you very much!
